The Saturn is one of the most successful automotive divisions for the trouble U.S. automaker General Motors. While in the process of a massive closings, layoff, and losses as well as bankruptcy, the Saturn Aura has still maintained popularity and makes a great, fuel efficient mid-sized sedan. The Saturn Aura is an attractive sporty-looking sedan. It comes with an automatic six speed transmission, 250 Horse Power, 19 inch wheels, and easy handling. It not only competes with but exceeds the Camry, Accord, and Maxima in sales and performance.

The Saturn Aura first debuted in January of 2005 at the North American International Auto Show and first made production in 2006 for the 2007 year. It was designed as a replacement for the Saturn L-Series and was part of the rejuvenation for Saturn and General Motors. Reviews of the Aura have all been glowing, producing record sales and beaming reviews.

In 2007, the Aura won the prize for North American Car of the Year as well as Canadian’s Motoring Television’s Car of the Year. Other awards include Motorweek’s Driver’s Choice for best new midsize sedan and the World of Wheel’s Editor’s choice for best family sedan.

Unfortunately, the Saturn Aura has been discontinued after the 2009 year due to the termination of Saturn, but it continues to be a popular vehicle with high sales. The offer of a five year 100,000 mile warranty is still in effect. Since there are no more Auras in production today, it is now the time to grab them before they are gone!
